However, this does not guarantee that the information will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to price, pottery description or availability. Inclaynations Pottery reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the content without prior notice. Further, Inclaynations Pottery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Inclaynations Pottery shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card, assuming that goods were not shipped. If goods were shipped we will issue a refund for the price charged for our art work assuming that we receive the goods in the original condition. This credit does not include packing and shipping charges.
