If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Inclaynations Pottery shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card, assuming that goods were not shipped. If goods were shipped we will issue a refund for the price charged for our art work assuming that we receive the goods in their original condition.
